Selective Corticotropin-Releasing Factor Type 1 Receptor Antagonist Blocks Conditioned Fear-Induced Release of Noradrenaline in the Hypothalamic Paraventricular Nucleus of Rats

摘要: The effects of conditioned fear on the release noradrenaline in hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (PVN) and involvement corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) receptor type 1 (CRFR1) fear-induced changes were examined by intracerebral microdialysis rats. Conditioned was produced placing animals into a box where they had previously been exposed to 5-min period electric footshock, 135 min prior start experiment. for 20 significant increase PVN. Intraperitoneal preadministration selective nonpeptidic CRFR1 antagonist, CRA1000, completely blocked noradrenaline. These results suggest that is involved PVN induced fear.
