摘要: Abstract The properties of wood-crete were investigated based on the modification sawdust by hot water boiling, alkaline treatment and addition different types waste paper. results showed that (1) surface modification, processing cellulosic fibril extraction lignin hemi-cellulosic compounds with alkali had an effect compressive strength wood-crete, treating 4% NaOH at 140 min boiling time achieving highest increase 260% strength; (2) from 100 min to saw a gradual in but reduced higher time; (3) combined enhanced paper direct strip recording much 1.62 MPa compared 1.06 MPa de-fibred paper; (4) more than weakened individual wood particles thus leading poor wood-crete; (5) soaking resulted little uptake (about 0.1%) whether 1:1 or 1:2 tradical lime ratio, significant decrease strength, showing could be used damp areas only if it is not for load bearing purpose. findings this study provide important background foundation better directing uses potential low carbon sustainable product construction.
