摘要: Abstract We present a steady and time-resolved fluorescence study of two 3H-indole molecules, namely 2-[( p -amino)phenyl]-3,3-dimethyl-5-cyano-3H-indole ( 1 ) -dimethylamino)phenyl]-3,3-dimethyl-5-cyano-3H-indole 2 in aqueous solutions α-, β- γ-cyclodextrins. The stoichiometries association constants the molecules have been assessed different cyclodextrin (CD) systems. spectral characteristics, bandwidths show that molecule experiences stronger interaction with host CDs then . Steady state experiments presence only one kind complex for α- γ-CDs, whereas measurements global analysis reveal kinds complex, thereby demonstrating higher sensitivity experiments. Fluorescence quenching is observed both γ-CD, β-CDs enhancement found. This has correlated lower quantum yield former case. observations quenching, together magnitudes constants, form complexes γ-CD compared β-CDs.
