摘要: By using the lens of information science discipline, this study proposes to explore behaviors government officials engaging in implementing open data initiatives. Specifically, research plans investigate how related needs are raised, information-seeking activities activated, what sources utilized, processes seeking exist, and obtained is processed used implement data. This expected provide both theoretical practical insights.
