摘要: Industrial Internet of Things demands high reliability and determinism on the one side, easy interconnection with existing network infrastructures other. A very promising class solutions combines IEEE 802.15.4 Time Slotted Channel Hopping, to meet above communication requirements, IPv6, provide universal connectivity. Products compliant this approach have recently begun appear off-the-shelf.In paper, two such been taken into account, namely SmartMesh IP 6TiSCH. Their performance has experimentally evaluated by taking account metrics relevant industrial applications. Since we aimed at providing a practical feedback designers systems, devices were tested using their default configuration. Results valuable experimental figures what engineers can expect from these technologies, which includes seamless connectivity reasonably resilience interfering traffic.
