摘要: With the rise of Twitter Microblogging as a phenomenon has gained widespread popularity. As with other social software (e.g. Wikis), organisations have begun experimenting application for facilitating internal communication and group processes. However, research on topic is still in its infancy. In this paper we explore how Yammer, Twitter-like platform, been adopted within Capgemini, large, globally operating consultancy business. contrast to existing findings usage Enterprise (EMB) cases, find that EMB our case predominantly conversational medium, where people interact each explicitly. Rather than using platform inform others about themselves (Twitter) or, their immediate task/team context described Yammer users are expressing views, discussing opinion responding other.
