摘要: Molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) as solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fibers coating has gained great attention in recent years. In this study, a simple preparation approach for bisphenol A (BPA) MIP with controlled thickness on fused-silica capillaries was developed. capillary inserted into larger bore to form sleeve mold. The prepolymer solution containing the template BPA introduced interspace between two polymerization under photoirradiation. removed away after polymerization, and certain surface of obtained. SPME conditions based MIP-coated were optimized, extraction performance different compared. Finally, used selective spiked tap water, human urine, milk samples. average recoveries three samples 92.5%, 81.6%, 87.5%, respectively. present analytical is not up par applicability real environmental matrices. Further improvement will be necessary analysis complex
