摘要: AIM: To explore germline hypermethylation of the tumor suppressor genes MLH1, CDH1 and P16INK4a in suspected cases hereditary gastric cancer (GC). METHODS: A group 140 Chinese GC patients whom primary had developed before age 60 or who a familial history were screened for genes. Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood leukocytes modified by sodium bisulfite. The treated then subjected to bisulfite sequencing specific region MLH1 promoter. methylation status assayed using methylation-specific PCR.
