摘要: Abstract The corrosion stability of vinyltriethoxysilane/epoxy coating protective system on aluminium is strongly related to the strength bonds forming at metal/organic interface. This article a study adhesion, composition, electrochemical and transport properties epoxy coatings electrodeposited bare pretreated by vinyltriethoxysilane (VTES) during exposure 3% NaCl. VTES film was deposited surface from 2% solution 30 s. From values adhesion (pull-off test), time dependence pore resistance capacitance (impedance measurements) diffusion coefficient water through (gravimetric liquid sorption measurements), influence sublayer shown. work discusses role pretreatment in enhanced cataphoretic coating. results showed that improved barrier (greater lower capacitance). value indicates porosity, while smaller reduction points better film. composition investigated XPS enabled clarification bonding mechanism.
