摘要: The development of a novel and simple method to trace lead ions (Pb2+) has received great attention due its high toxicity human health the environment. In this paper, we describe new polydiacetylene (PDA)-based liposome sensor for colorimetric fluorometric detection Pb2+ in aqueous solution alginate hydrogel microbeads. system, dopamine group was rationally introduced into diacetylene monomer work as strong binding site Pb2+. dopamine-functionalized 10,12-pentacosadiynoic acid (PCDA) were then incorporated PDA liposomes solution. After UV light-induced polymerization, deep blue colored solutions obtained. Upon addition various metal solution, only could cause distinct color change from red dramatic fluorescence enhancement. To further improve sensitivity address intrinsic aggregation, developed liposome-immobilized system by encapsulating PDA–DA beads through microfluidic droplet-based method. results showed that liposome-containing hybrid possessed excellent stability sensitivity. These interesting findings demonstrated current study may offer recognition more efficient manner.
