摘要: An often-overlooked aspect during the development process of electrical machines is validity and accuracy machine material properties being used at design stage. Designers usually consider data provided by supplier, which are measured on in an unprocessed state. However, fact that machining processes required to produce finished product (e.g., stator core) can permanently vary very often neglected. This paper, therefore, deals with investigates effects such have overall performance. To do this, three sets data, suppliers’ based conventional characterization methods, test samples include manufacturing processes, develop versions same baseline machine. The results these then compared, resulting variations machine's performance presented described. chosen a high-performance relatively high speed, aerospace, Special attention focused efficiency maps machine, as this highly dependent most sensitive material's anhysteretic B–H curve its specific core loss.
