摘要: We have studied 15 years of active region data based on the Mount Wilson daily magnetograms in interval 1967–1981. The analysis revealed following: (1) integral number regions decreases exponentially with increasing sizes, or N(A) = 4788 exp(-A/175) for data, where A is area square degrees and ≥A. (2) average varies phase solar cycle. There are more larger during maximum than minimum. (3) Regions north 10% those south this interval. This coincides a similar asymmetry total magnetic flux between hemispheres. (4) all sizes complexities show same characteristic latitude variation largest regions, however, narrower range.
