摘要: Abstract In the research investigations into structure, elemental and phase composition, defect substructure of Al-11Si-2Cu hypoeutectic alloy subjected to processing with ion-plasma jet consisting titanium yttrium oxide subsequent irradiation by high intensity pulsed electron beam energy density 25 J/cm2 (two-stage processing) were carried out methods scanning transmission diffraction microscopy, micro-X-ray spectral analysis. It has been found that structure in cast state demonstrates a polyphase morphologically varied character material. Microcraters, solid aluminium-based compounds, intermetallide eutectic compounds are present it. revealed two-stage results cardinal transformation samples' surface layer it is manifested dissolution silicon inclusions intermetallides micron submicro dimensions typical alloy. detected effect on accompanied both alloying plasma elements penetration initial powder particles oxide.
