摘要: An Anchor Mobile Switching Center emulation (MSCe) and a Target MSCe are described herein that take part in an intersystem handoff of Station (MS) which is communication with B-party. Upon the MS establishing connection MSCe, may perform SDP offer/answer exchange between network B-Party for purpose codec renegotiation to correct transcoding incompatibility or enhance voice bearer path characteristics minimize number transcodings path, two parties. The both support Advanced Legacy Domain (ALMSD) implying only SIP transport used communications.
