Method and apparatus for location estimation using region of confidence filtering

摘要: A method for location estimation employs filtering in both the radio signal domain and space separately. The filters raw values of run-time measurements to reject distorted inputs. region confidence (RoC) is formed according certain algorithms. Only estimates falling within RoC are considered further processing. estimate candidates filtered by put a number time-indexed bins. Each bins contains obtained at similar times. shortest route connecting candidate from each bin calculated improve accuracy estimation.
