摘要: Based on remote sensing data of the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) in years 1991, 2001 and 2008, paper built an index system land use potential restraint factors YRD, according to geological condition, terrain water area, natural reserve area basic farmland, evaluated construction based platform GIS spatial analysis model. The results showed that: (1) increased rapidly since 1991 reached 24,951.21 km2 or 21.27% total area. Among all cities Shanghai took greatest percentage, followed by Jiangsu Zhejiang. Spatially, areas where government departments are located became growth center land. Prefecture-level were fastest region changing trend circle layered characteristics significant increase with Suzhou as core. (2) higher quality potentials (CLP), smaller number CLP units. High sensitive accounted for largest percentage (40.14%) among types constraint regions this was medium (31.53%) whole region. (3) comprehensive YRD 24,989.65 km2, 21.76% YRD. distribution imbalance. Zhejiang obviously larger than that Jiangsu. insufficient regional central city. Moreover, formed a pattern increasingly expanded centered prefecture-level cities. Low from north south. mainly south Areas zero northwest-southeast “Y-shaped” Hangzhou Bay. (4) per capita 0.045 ha/person also unevenly distributed. Some 25.57% study units at county level nearly had no 8.24% below national average level. less 25% county-level level, which Therefore, research favorable development status space under background rapid urbanization industrialization.
