摘要: Perioperative myocardial dysfunction is an important cause of post-operative mortality and morbidity, due to infarction sudden death also changes in vital organ perfusion caused by failure. This contribution will describe methods pre-operative risk stratification that can be used identify patients at what goes wrong with function during the perioperative period. Furthermore it discuss techniques treatment employed prevent dysfunction, consequences this.
