摘要: Embodiments of the present invention describe methods, devices and instruments for resurfacing or replacing facet joints, uncovertebral joints costovertebral joints. The can be prepared by smoothing articular surface on one side, distracting joint implant insertion. Implants stabilized against a first creating high level conformance with said surface, while second surgical instrument smooth mating surface.
