摘要: The cytotoxic ability of freshly isolated monocytes against the tumor cell line K-562 was severely depressed in patients with renal carcinoma. impaired cytotoxicity partly restored 2 weeks after nephrectomy. Production monocyte-activating lymphokine, measured as to activate control monocytes, lymphocytes from burden. lymphokine production seemed be due factors patient serum. Patient showed an activated by lymphokines. Products were not able monocytes.
