摘要: Abstract The three-wave interaction between two oppositely propagating acoustic waves and a wave of bound space charge is studied in uniformly illuminated piezoelectric photorefractive crystal. A nonlinear partial differential equation describing the field derived taking into account effect. steady state solution found approximation undepleted waves. It shown that efficient resonant excitation possible if detuning equal to its eigen-frequency. nonlinearity caused by with compared ordinary acousto-electronic interaction. Amplitudes optical gratings produced are also compared.
