摘要: The occurrence of iatrogenic cases Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) and the isolation infectivity in some laboratory transmission studies transmissible spongiform encephalopathies raises possibility that CJD might be accidentally through blood or products. Epidemiological evidence, although not conclusive, does suggest classical is transmitted this route. However, new variant (nvCJD) pose greater risks accidental infection mechanisms to reduce theoretical risk are under consideration. from nvCJD must balanced against established therapeutic benefits
