Referring Quality Assessment of Primary Health Care for Endocrinology in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

摘要: This paper presents results of an assessment the quality research endocrinology referrals in public health system state Rio Grande do Sul. From analysis 4,458 requests for referrals, it was found that 15% had insufficient information evaluation and 71% showed no clinical justification authorization referencing. The partial study indicated lack makes impossible to clinically regulate these requests. use referencing protocols associated with telemedicine tools can assist doctors primary care management make access specialized services more equitable timely.
