摘要: The use of genetically engineered bacteria in natural environments constitutes a risk transfer recombinant DNA to the indigenous bacteria. However, chromosomal genes are believed be less likely than on mobilizable and conjugative plasmids. To study this assumption, horizontal gene cassette inserted into chromosome Pseudomonas stutzeri strain, plasmid (pAGM42), (pKJK5) isolated from barley rhizosphere was investigated. Horizontal efficiencies 8.20 × 10−3 transconjugants/(donors recipients)1/2 4.57 10−2 spermosphere. Mobilization pAGM42 by plasmids RP4 pKJK5 also detected at high levels microcosms, were up 4.36 recipients)1/2. Transfer encoded could not microcosms conjugation or transformation. transformation did occur using same bacterial strains under laboratory conditions. especially spermosphere thus proved hot spot providing favorable conditions for mobilization conjugation, but these support detectable level.
