摘要: Direct measurements of ion concentration changes in viv. became possible after the development of ion-selective microelectrodes (ISM) with a liquid ion-exchanger located in the shank of a glass micropipette tip (Walker, 1971). For potassium ISM, an organic resin Corning code 477317 was used as the ion-exchanger.
