摘要: OBJECTIVES: This study assessed use of Reality "female condoms" for anal sex by HIV-seronegative men who have with and are at high risk HIV infection. METHODS: Self-administered questionnaires were completed 2277 participants in a 6-city prospective cohort study. RESULTS: Of the 1084 (48%) had heard using female condom sex, 145 (13%) reported it prior 6 months. Users greater than nonusers: 47 receptive 35 insertive users problems, including bleeding partner (4). CONCLUSIONS: Redesign could increase acceptability address possible safety concerns.
