摘要: Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have proved their potential for delivering high power conversion efficiencies (PCE) alongside low fabrication cost and versatility. The stability the PCE of PSCs can readily be improved by implementing engineering approaches that entail incorporation two-dimensional (2D) materials across device's layered configuration. In this work, 6R-TaS2 flakes were exfoliated incorporated as a buffer layer in inverted PSCs, enhancing PCE, lifetime thermal stability. A thin was formed on top electron transport to facilitate extraction, thus improving overall device performance. optimized devices reach 18.45%, representing 12% improvement compared reference cell. measurements under ISOS-L2, ISOS-D1, ISOS-D1I ISOS-D2I protocols revealed TaS2 retards intrinsic, thermally activated degradation processes PSCs.
