Sputtering and dynamic interstitial motion in alkali halides

摘要: Abstract The studies of the sputtering alkali halides by both electron and ion bombardments are reviewed. recent experimental observations on focussed replacement sequence also surveyed results used to interpret experiment. It is pointed out that responsible for bombardment. On other hand bombardment near room temperature can be explained reasonably with random collision cascade model. suggested induced electronic collisions dissipated at damaged surface. Further implication in discussed.
