摘要: Chemically modified electrodes (CMEs) prepared by the dispersion of metal oxide particles on a glassy carbon (GC) substrate greatly enhance voltammetric response and amperometric detection local anesthetics following liquid chromatography (LC). The enhancement is more pronounced with GC dispersed oxides higher oxidation states (+3, +4) for species exhibiting relatively slow electrode kinetics under given conditions. With an applied potential 1.2 V (vs. SCE), LC analytes at alpha-alumina surface gives limits 2-5 times lower than those obtained bare electrode. oxide-dispersed display significant improvement in sensitivity, selectivity indicate excellent preparation reproducibility performance stability.
