摘要: During the past 2 decades, vincristine (vcr), an alkaloid obtained from plant Vinca rosea Linn, has been one of most frequently used chemotherapeutic agents because its wide spectrum antitumor activity and lack myelosuppression.1 Although mechanisms action may be multiple, major effect appears to related high affinity binding basic protein subunit microtubules, tubulin, which results in disruption mitotic spindle apparatus arrest cells metaphase.1
