摘要: We are conducting a deep survey program of the Galactic center using Japanese X-ray satellite Suzaku. As part this program, we performed ~33 hour observation toward Sgr B north region. A bright point-like source (CXOGC J174645.3-281546) was detected near edge FOV. an intense Fe XXV Kα line with equivalent width ~1 keV. The overall spectrum is very well described by APEC (optically thin thermal plasma) model temperature ~5×107 K and abundance ~0.8 solar absorbed inter-stellar column NH~2×10 cm-2. also analyzed archived data Chandra XMM-Newton find that flux spanning ~6 years shows year-scale time variability factor ~2. probable counterpart in IR bands (Lbol=10 Lo) has cool (TBB~1000 K) spectral energy distribution. most plausible nature carbon-rich Wolf-Rayet binary system.
