摘要: Abstract Highly ordered networks were produced by copolymerization of a low molecular weight liquid crystalline (LC) diepoxide with an aromatic diamine. A series diamines was synthesized and their Polymerization reaction the LC-diepoxide studied means differential scanning calorimetry. By adjusting melting point crosslinking agents eutectic LC mixture found on which all physical measurements carried out. The degree order certain dye guest in polymer as determined UV-dichroism 0.76. Birefringence have confirmed that about same level ordering can be maintained up to thermal degradation (i.e., 300°C). Microscopy X-ray studies revealed epoxy-amine is transformed from nematic smectic phase, result polymerization at 120°C.
