摘要: Based on characteristics investigation of reactive power dispatch conditions present high-voltage distribution networks (HVDNs) in China, a two layer optimal (ORPD) model has been proposed which all the decision variables are discrete types order to reduce combination space; open-source MATPOWER procedure is taken as flow calculation module after turning three windings transformer into model. An enhanced Genetic Algorithm (EGA) developed and simulations have proven that algorithm effective efficient.
