摘要: Immune plasma (IP) obtained from mice cured of Trypanosoma musculi infection is able to mediate trypanosome clearance both in vivo and vitro. A protein A-derived immunoglobulin fraction IP containing primarily IgG2a IgG3 shares this curative activity. Additional purification with the use anti-IgG2a anti-IgG3 coupled Sepharose beads demonstrates that activity resides solely fraction; depleted no longer effect T. removal. Furthermore, labile heat treatment for 30 min at 56 degrees C. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays show trypanosome-specific builds up gradually over course infection, temporarily drops slightly time parasite clearance.
