摘要: Abstract 1. In owls, meal to pellet interval was directly related weight and owls normally cast 1 per meal; egestion of pellets in hawks apparently associated with “lights-on” the holding rooms regardless quantity eaten egested less than meal. 2. All smallest raptors digested meals more rapidly larger raptors. 3. The correlation between only slightly better for hawks, but, because owl contained bones their prey, they represented a greater proportion from which originated.
