摘要: Abstract When mouse leukaemia cells are treated with γ-radiation or neocarzinostatin the intracellular NAD and ATP levels fall rapidly. We have shown that response is a consequence of decreased level. suggest this low level results in glycolytic activity there subsequent accumulation phosphorylated sugars associated ATP. Under these extreme conditions, therefore, probably regulates rate glycolysis which utilising rapidly metabolisable sugar as their energy source.
