摘要: Abstract We report on the aqueous preparation of novel polymeric bionanocomposites (PBNCs) with polydopamine (PDA) as an efficient matrix to support antibody and uniformly dispersed abundant Pt nanoparticles (PtNPs) for high performance sandwich-type amperometric immunoassay. prepare three kinds PBNCs (PBNCs 1 , 2 3 ) via chemical polymerization synthesis ( further adsorption or glutaldehyde (GA) covalent crosslinking antibody. Transmission electron microscopy, atomic force quartz crystal microbalance are used characterize PBNCs. The results show that PDA is excellent PtNPs due its biocompatibility, adsorbability, processibility, thus-prepared immuno-recognition efficiency catalytic activity toward H O reduction. Then, we examine applicability prepared immunosensing using a model immuno-pair human immunoglobulin G (hIgG) anti-hIgG, obtain signal by detecting electro-reduction catalyzed label. constructed immunosensors exhibit detection limits 0.068, 0.037, 0.018 ng mL −1 respectively, being competitive better than reported analogues. Our also present good reproducibility, stability, regeneration ability, specificity, satisfactory feasibility target assay in clinical serum samples. suggested protocol signal-transduction ability expected find wide bioassay applications.
