摘要: Background: Many onychomycosis treatments have not been directly compared in head-to-head clinical trials. Objective: To determine the relative efficacy of using network meta-analysis (NMA). Methods: We conducted a systematic review and NMA mycological cure rates. Results: Nineteen trials were included network. Terbinafine 250 mg was significantly superior to all except itraconazole 400 pulse therapy. The regimen topicals efinaconazole 10% nail solution. Itraconazole 200 topical treatments, while fluconazole 150-450 mg, solution, tavaborole 5% ciclopirox lacquer 8%, terbinafine amorolfine placebo. Conclusions: Newly developed improved odds ratios (ORs) cure, yet these ORs greater than preexisting treatments. Further experience with agents will reveal their significance, are warranted.
