摘要: This cross-sectional study aimed to identify and analyze the quality of nursing care in an adult general intensive unit (ICU) at a university hospital. Data were collected from 23 clients with ICU length stay > or = 72 hours, June November 2012, through Operational Audit Script classified according index positivity (IP) as follows: IP 100%. desirable care; 90-99%: appropriate 80-89%: safe 70-79%: limitrophe care, 70%: tolerable care. Thus, provided was rated tolerable, global average 61.71%.
