摘要: Effects of incision angle in construction clear corneal cataract are studied with optical coherence tomography (OCT). A stable range is found to be existent for single-planed, incisions. When well pressurized, angles within this result well-apposed edges that resist gapping while falling outside have a larger tendency wound leakage. It also shown two-planed can effectively expand the range. For range, farther away from gap between when pressurized. These findings emphasize significance self-sealing property Finally, we demonstrate OCT could an effective modality imaging and monitoring surgery.
