Peer-review study of the draft handbook for human-reliability analysis with emphasis on nuclear-power-plant applications, NUREG/CR-1278

摘要: This report describes a peer review of the draft Handbook for Human Reliability Analysis with Emphasis on Nuclear Power Plant Applications, NUREG/CR-1278. The purpose study was to determine what extent peers agree human behavior models and estimates error probabilities (HEPs) contained in Handbook. Twenty-nine factors experts participated study. Twenty participants were Americans; nine from other countries. performed reliability analyses variety performance scenarios describing operator activities nuclear power plant settings.
