摘要: Abstract Introduction Shared decision making involves both patients and health care professionals working together to choose a certain diagnostic or therapeutic option. To facilitate these decisions, the shared decision-support tools (SDSTs) have been developed assist in communication with during hospital process. They frequently used choice of treatment for chronic diseases. However, emergency departments, this model has not as widely implemented. For that reason, article aims examine, through systematic review, effects SDSTs on patients' departments. Methods The principal databases repositories were consulted obtain documents compared use standard care. Results main results revealed helped significantly improve knowledge their disease satisfaction they received, also reducing decision-making conflicts. Discussion Nevertheless, its implementation is limited by belief prefer physicians decide them pressures due time available. development relevant urgent pathways which high level evidence complex risk–benefit balance.
