摘要: The phenomenon of interpersonal violence in the workplace has been widely studied past decade, but few authors have addressed subject from a comprehensive standpoint supported by witness accounts. To date, most research conducted focused on explaining prevailing among members work organizations. There little exploration sense to workers.
