摘要: In the pathophysiology of neurodegenerative disorders, role misfolded protein deposition leading to neurodegeneration has been primarily discussed. last decade, however, it proposed a parallel involvement innate immune activation, chronic inflammation and adaptive immunity in mechanisms triggered by proteinopathies. New insights field strongly suggest for system disorders. Therefore, hypothesis underlining modulation events linked brain proteins could open new perspectives setting specific immunotherapeutic strategies treatment diseases. we have reviewed pathogenic pathologies, underling links between activation.
