摘要: Switched-capacitor multilevel DC-DC converters for interfacing DC-buses with separate grounds have been proposed recently. Including a very small inductor in series the low-voltage DC-bus or source, significantly reduces semiconductor switching losses. However, past investigations not tried to establish how converter performance depends on sizes of both clamping and voltage-divider capacitors. This paper will show that these types SC converters, size C vd has dominant influence performance. Very significant improvements overall are achieved by proper sizing even absence L r . Further, asymmetrical connection loads sources 4-level leads operation higher voltage conversion ratios.
