摘要: Abstract Statement of problem One-step dental implant surgery with a 1-piece has been introduced the aim simplifying and increasing effectiveness treatment providing greater comfort for patient. Whether these goals have met compared conventional 2-piece implants remains unclear. Purpose The purpose this systematic review meta-analysis was to compare use versus in terms marginal bone loss survival rate. Material methods This adhered Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines recorded International prospective register reviews (PROSPERO) database (CRD 42018095721). A literature search conducted PubMed/MEDLINE, Web Science, Cochrane Library databases articles published up May 2018. population, intervention, comparison, outcome (PICO) question was, “Do patients who received show similar loss, rates, complications as those receive implants?” Results based on Mantel-Haenszel inverse variance methods. Implant rate analyzed by using dichotomous outcome, measured according risk ratio (RR) continuously evaluating outcomes mean difference (MD), both corresponding 95% confidence interval (CI). Five studies, including 270 participants age 54.70 years receiving 434 implants, were included. follow-up period 4 years. Meta-analysis did not reveal significant relation (P=.85; RR: −0.89; CI: −0.27 2.98), well MD: −0.43; −0.43 −0.52). Conclusions One- demonstrated rehabilitation requiring implants.
