摘要: CD1d (i.e., Group II CD1) molecules are recognized by T cells, just as their “mainstream” counterparts, CD8+and CD4+T activated MHC class I and molecules, respectively. A unique population of cells (called natural killer [NKT] cells), specific for the CDld moleculesl•2. NKT predominant T-cell subpopulation in thymus, liver, bone marrow although they present spleen lymph nodes well. Overall, at least mice, a level about 1 X 106NKT per organ. These novel designated “NKT cells” based upon original discovery with receptor bias (V438) NK cell marker, NK1.13, 4. Subsequent studies have further shown that majority an invariant chain rearrangement (Val4Ja18 mice; humans express homologous Va24JaQ rearrangement) (reviewed refs [5], [6]), also referred to “canonical” or “invariant” cells. Like CD4+and CD8+) thymus dependent6develop many respects like mainstream counterparts7-9but homeostasis is dependent on cytokine, IL-1510which very important development well“12. Canonical CD4 CD4-CD8(see [6], [13]). Rapidly activation, produce both helper (Th) Th2 cytokines14-16such IFN-y IL-4, It appears double negative predominantly Thl cytokines, whereas CD4+ producing cytokines (IL-4 IL-13 particular).
