摘要: The highly selective, enzyme-activated, irreversible inhibitor of L-ornithine decarboxylase, DL-alpha-difluoromethylornithine, suppresses the increase in uterine decarboxylase activity associated with early embryogenesis mouse and arrests embryonic development at that stage. Contragestational effects were confirmed rat rabbit.
