摘要: This paper undertakes a review and classification of the mobile business (m-business) theme computing research, with intention identifying dominant issues conceptual approaches to existing research. It consists 100 articles published between 2005 2012 in diverse journals focused on information systems, business, development. The papers are reviewed under subcategories Mobile Business Applications/Services; Economics, Strategy Models; Consumer Acceptance/Adoption. In terms issues, shows concentration research firm-level adoption technology within first subcategory, whilst analysis, capturing customer value responses competition dominates second subcategory. Determinants consumer mobiles dominate third Similarly, models like TAM UTAUT m-business. There is much room for studies into strategies adopted by firms create consumers sustain creation process response demands advances technologies applications. serves as useful synthesis excellent future based gaps we have identified.
