摘要: The hexagonal wurtzite structure of the synthesized undoped and cesium (Cs) doped zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorods were confirmed with X-ray diffraction patterns. Further analysis field emission scanning electron microscope images energy dispersive spectra revealed c-axis oriented morphology samples chemical composition. Optical poling through 337 nm nitrogen laser has been adopted to enhance nonlinear optical properties. When power density fundamental beam from Nd:YAG 1064 nm matched band edge samples, resonant absorption takes place leading enhanced NLO interstitial occupancy dopants in 3 5 mol% CsZnO increases tailing forbidden gap. minimum Urbach calculated UV–Vis corresponding 1 mol% more ordering sample. More second third order effects observed this sample having larger crystallite size, lesser diameter, gap, urbach higher electron–phonon interaction.
