摘要: SYNOPSIS The unsteady boundary layer behind a moving shock wave in rectangular duct 7.62 cm wide × 5.08 high has been studied using quality schlieren system. Growth of the compared with results calculations for laminar and turbulent flows. experimental indicate that three dimensional effects are present which cause, some cases, very early transition from to flow. Agreement theory is satisfactory only case weakest examined although trends growth rates generally conform theoretical predictions.
